TINIAN TRANSMITTING STATION: Located in the Pacific Ocean approximately 3,800 miles Southwest of HONOLULU-HAWAII (USA), 1,560 miles Southeast of TOKYO-JAPAN.
SHBC is proud to have built (Engineering, Procurement and Construction – EPC) of this prestigious Transmitting Station for the Client: United States Information Agency – USIA, Voice of America – VOA (then, presently known as IBB – International Broadcasting Bureau) – in the year 1996 to 2000 a Total Project Area of 834 Acres with Facilities Building area of 29,516 sq. feet with High Power Shortwave Transmitters (8 Nos.), Antenna Towers, wide spread 9”-inch Coax Feeder line network and Curtain Antennas for High power Shortwave Broadcasting.
